SKIN CARE PRODUCT LINE
One of the treatments available that eliminate or soften imperfections on facial skin and create a clearer, fresher look is glycolic acids. Sometimes referred to as “fruity acids”, these natural fruit substances blended into facial preparation can eliminate rough or dried-out surface skin. Regular use of glycolic acid containing products has been demonstrated to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and age spots.
- Glyco Cleansing Pads: These pads are highly effective at removing excess sebum and residues from the face while depositing glycolic acid to help refresh and soften the skin. It comes in 5% and 10% strength. It can be used twice daily after cleansing your face
- Glyco-Salicylic Acid Pads: These pads contain the time proven effectiveness of Salicylic Acid, with skin enhancement properties of Glycolic Acid. These pads are used for the treatment of acne. These pads clear the skin to enhance the efficiency of Salicylic Acid to clean up acne blemishes. They can be used up to three days daily.
- Glyco 5% Gentle Facial Cleanser: An all purpose cleansing wash containing 5% glycolic acid. Can be used twice daily.
- Vitamin C 15% Cream and Vitamin C 15% Serum with Growth Factor: Topically applied Vitamin C combined with other select ingredients does wonders for the skin. Research has shown that vitamin C is an essential nutrient for your body, including your skin. Vitamin C is required for the formation of collagen. In fact, it may stimulate the growth of new collagen while providing added protection for the skin from ultraviolet rays and free radical damage. This cream and serum improve skin texture, tone and appearance. Apply sparingly to the face after cleansing. These products will block cellular destruction by the sun and remove fine wrinkles.
- Glycolic 10% Moisturizing Lotion: A moisturizer containing glycolic acid and Vitamin E to achieve smoother and healthier skin texture and tone. Can be used once to twice a day for facial moisturizing.
- Moisture Dew: A mild moisturizer for the face that is aloe-vera based and free of oil. Can be used under make-up or at night.
- Scar Fade: A topical gel that is applied like a cream. It forms a protective layer of silicone over the skin. This layer is thought to moisturize the skin, reduce capillary irritation and allow the skin to return to its normal texture and color. Scarfade is to be applied in a thin coat and massaged gently into the skin. It is designed for use on all cuts, scrapes and burns once the skin is healed.
NIA 24 Skin care products designed for three courses of action----pre-damage action, pro-active repair and undamage. The MicroNutrient Delivery system brings a continuous release form of Niacin to the skin. The delivery system allows ingredients to go beyond topical application, penetrating the epidermis in a slow, continuous release.
