During your consultation ,your plastic surgeon may recommend that you have liposuction done in conjunction with a neck lift to remove fat deposits that settle under the chin. A neck lift is often done in conjunction with a facelift to help achieve the best result for raising cheek folds, defining the jaw line and neck.
This is a outpatient procedure, which means that you will be able to go home just a few hours after the procedure. Under some circumstances the procedure may even be done in our office under a light sedation. Your doctor will advise you on which option is best for you.
The neck lift is a cosmetic procedure and not covered by insurance. You will be given an estimate of the entire cost at the conclusion of your consultation.
